Interactive Fiction

Yesterday, my partner and me made this interactive fiction about the history of computers. From a template of another story, we edited the content and put in new story along with pictures and sound.

In the first page, we edited the bat into a mouse. Then, we change the “dino” into a computer for people to put them together to “connect to the internet”. At the end, the cheering sound appears with a picture of happy people. Yes internet!

While we were editing, we encountered several problems that took us some time to figure out the solution. After we finished changing the content and pictures, we realized how we did not change “dino” and “bat” completely into mouse and computer, which they change back into the original pictures after the first move. Finally, we realized that we could just rename our pictures — mouse and computer– into bat and dino! That is, we do not need to change anything in the program
